I’ve found the software to be remarkably ‘user friendly’ and very powerful and I’ve only ‘scratched the surface’. The ‘interactivity’ possibilities first attracted my attention (as a teacher)  but when I prepared my first presentation I really knew I was on to something very useful – using navigation tools to suit the audience and the time factor – in producing a non-linear presentation!

I’ve used the software ‘ OPUS’ to prepare presentations for Senior Staff in Channel 4 Learning   and Classroom 2000  and for the production of several interactive learning modules which can be viewed at www.edukate.net

I’m convinced that teachers who try to create their own learning modules will better appreciate the pedagogic aspects involved and develop their confidence in using ILT in the classroom. It happened to me too!
